Clinic Rules for the Duration of the 28 May Circuit Breaker Lock down

In order to comply with government regulations during the current COvid-19 situation we are implementing the following rules:

- All people attending the clinic must scan the provided barcode 

- No more than two people are to attend in the consulting rooms at one time
 

- A limit of six people can be in the waiting room at once
 

- Approved fitted MASKS must be worn at all times inside the clinic (even if you have a valid exemption). If you can't wear a mask we will attend to you outside
 

- We are restricting non-urgent bookings for the time being
 

- Emergencies and urgent cases will be seen as usual
 

- Please ring the surgery before coming in to help us manage the density requirements
