We are actively involved in keeping staff up to date on best practice care of our patients. We hold regular staff meetings to learn together as well as to improve our service to you and our patients. As most of our staff are on rosters to provide full coverage we hold these meetings around lunch-time.

During meetings we close the office for regular business and enquiries and provide only emergency/urgent services during this time. We ask for your patience if you receive a recorded message during this time and ask that you call back later unless the matter is urgent. Likewise if you attend the office and find a closed sign at the entrance.
