It's a while since we posted a new blog.
Today we bring you up to date on developments in our phone system. We have commenced the recording of incoming and outgoing phone calls in order to maintain good quality control and to assist with staff training. We do not routinely listen in on phone calls, but they are retained along with our external and internal public area CCTV recordings to assist us with resolving any issues that may arise.
