At this stage we are trying to operate as normal.

- If you are required to self-isolate or have at risk symptoms please phone rather than coming in to the clinic so we can work out how to help you.
- if you require medications or pet food please call before coming in so we can be ready for you to reduce time in the clinic
- consider purchasing pet food from our online store www.vetslovepets.com.au
for home delivery (free delivery for most orders - log in, create an account and se;lect us as your vet, then order.)
- where possible call us from your car when you arrive so we can minimise the number of people in the waiting room at one time
- non-urgent matters like vaccination boosters for adult dogs and elective surgeries may be delayed a little
- if you are in reception you will notice we have restricted entry to our staff areas and have closed our rear entry. We ask the you stand behind the line to maintain a safer distance from staff and avoid touching the reception desk
- we have hand sanitiser for you to use on arrival and departure and we have increased cleaning and sanitising of floors, doors & handles and other touch areas.
